This store is so unprofessional. The checkers don't even acknowledge you as a customer. I requested help to my car due to a back injury and the male checker never even acknowledged me at all. I even asked him if they still took the Kroger card for points and he never even acknowledged me. The bagger had more respect than anyone in that store. I used to love shopping at this store, now it is just unprofessional. The male NEVER did help me out to my car. Another customer saw what he did and offered to help. I will be back to shopping H-E-B. At least they acknowledge you as a customer and help you out. I am surprised that Kroger's hires people like this?! ??

Of all the grocery stores in the area this location have the best collection. I buy my plants here, my candles here, and some of my supplements here. Basically anything I can't get at Sam's club for a lower price in bulk. The fruits are usually sweet from here and the price of fish at this location is a few cents difference from Sam's club per pound. The staff was always courteous. Self checkout is gold. I'm usually in and out within minutes unless I need a store approval for alcohol at self checkout. They don't accept Apple Pay which seems to be a common theme at a lot of these big retail grocery stores. I personally haven't been using the Kroger's app but the staff tells me there's quality free items every now and then. Nevertheless, the in/store deals are pretty decent. Burns BBQ is at this location now and I love there bbq! They gotta bring the full menu to this location soon. The sushi bar next too it has good sushi. The in store Starbucks had good service and do well making drinks. The seating area is a good work spot and there's plenty of tables and chairs for anyone who's tryna find a convenient place to get some work done.

Ordered a custom birthday cake for daughter's 2nd birthday. Did not get what I asked for which was a strawberry shortcake quarter sheet instead got a vanilla cake with whipped icing and glazed strawberries on top tasted like birthday cake with whipped icing like I could've got it from the frozen section *ewww* completely different flavor from an actual strawberry shortcake. Still cake so we ate it, but was disappointed it wasn't what I ordered.

Be careful what you buy here! I seem to have way too many problems shopping here lately, so I rarely go. If I do, I don't buy produce, and make sure to purchase fast movers, but this day I missed. Bought this cereal in November, but it expired last march...a whole 8 months later! That means they don't have people check for expired stock...clearly even within an 8 month period...no one checked the expiration date. SMDH! I went to eate my cereal and said, "This taste stale! Thought I was crazy until I saw the expiration date. Disgusting! I tried to return it, but there was a long line with several customers not wearing their mask properly so I left. Just threw it away. Check your expiration dates if you buy here!

I went in looking for fall candles. When I got to the isle, the one I wanted was out. I asked the employee Monica if she knew If they had anymore. She went to check the back and then came back to tell me they didn't have any but to check another area of the store as they were moving things to set up for fall. I found a few other candles but with no price, she grabbed them to price check them and even took the other candles that I didn't want to put back. The customer service she showed was amazing! She went the extra mile. Great job!

The ONLY reason I added a 2nd star is because I saw ONE employee wearing a mask correctly. All the other ones had it in their chin or not covering the nose Please train them on how to wear them. It's UNSAFE for older or sick customers to go there.
