Patrick that works at the 528 Kroger in Webster Tx for self checkout was rude and he needs to be nicer to old people who don't understand or are having trouble with the machines

I had my order cancelled and I didn't know why. Called and it was because some items weren't available. It should be my decision if I want to cancel the order. And also I have been receiving some really small pound cakes. I don't know what they are doing. Please get it right.
