Lunch special loco moco was so delicious. Good portions for the price,too. 2026 update: I wish I could come back but ya'll are closed. I tried the Houston location and it was closed, too. Sign says missed rent payment. ?? Hope y'all can recover.

This location gives the brand a bad name and a black eye! I love l&l but I hate this location! Customer service non existent and the food taste old burnt flavored and thrown together! Embarrassed for all the other locations that set a high standard!

My husband waisted his money! We have been to this restaurant in multiple states including Denver and Hawaii and the food was good! In Denver and Hawaii the chicken was juicy and fresh and the shrimp are always hot and cooked perfect!.. but not
This location! The food was cold and tasted like it was sitting out and recooked or reheated up. The order was done in less then 5 minutes so I know it wasn’t made fresh! This location is horrible!!! My husband wasn’t told that they were out of cocktail and tartar sauce until after the order was paid for and placed. The chicken was burnt and in crumbles and the shrimp was overcooked and hard. The rice was dry and tasted old! Tried calling to speak with a manager at least 10 times. Someone picked up the first time and immediately hung up and took the phone off the hook and now
It rings busy. Sad to say you lost a long time national customer. Food was horrible! I want my money back! DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

This is unfortunate but I had hoped to not have to submit a bad review. We have used them for corporate meetings and the first time we ordered no issues. This is the 3rd and final time . The second time the food was not even ready and was 50 minutes late . The 3rd time and just this minute I called to check on the order and they hung up on me. The food is great but we won’t be able to depend on them for meetings.

I was looking for a place to eat when I saw the sign. Having been to the other locations, I immediately turned in. This location is equally amazing. The staff was so sweet, and the food is delicious . I recommend them.

Service and atmosphere great. Food, bad! The kastu sauce is always congealed, and I'm not sure if there is any seasoning added to the meat. Maybe i'm just spoiled because I'm used to the L&L in California. I prefer Aloha Express

I just happened to stop by this place because I saw spam musubi being advertised in the window. Little did I know I would fall in love with this chain. We happened to go on Monday as well, where they had Musubi Mondays and it was only $1 per musubi! Usually $3 something, $1 was a steal. We got the spam musubi and katsu musubi; both were delicious despite the late hours.

Bad food. No flavor. Uninteresting environment.

Hawaiian food in my life and holy smokes was that good? I got the barbecue beef and chicken Katsu half-and-half plate and it was flawless. Amazing spectacular!!!

Food is always sooo good!! Always get full fast!! Staff is always quick and nice. The sauce for the rice was BOMB our last visit, been here 4 times before (live an hour away) and will DEFINITELY be back again!! Thank you all for your hard work and good food!!

Closing time is 9pm, walked in at 8pm and was shooed out the store because the kitchen was closed. Update store hours if you want to close early.

So my family and I just returned from Hawaii vacation and well let’s just say this was a big disappointment. It’s wasn’t the food that was horrible but the service. Besides one other person in there I felt as if the employee at the register thought I had walked into her house and I rudely interrupted her conversation with her friend. I could tell she was in a rush because after every meal I ordered she kept telling me the total. I had to keep repeating myself saying I’m not done and her huffing and puffing with occasional sucking of her teeth was annoying. I guess, I apologize for giving you business and interrupting your conversation 🤷🏽‍♂️ 🥴. I had to think to myself for a second and remember I’m not in Hawaii no more so the polite hospitality is over, back to the rude hurry up and stop bothering me attitude. What was a bit more annoying is I tried to use my app and she said I didn’t need to and I didn’t get receipt in the bag so I lost out on a lot of points. She didn’t wanna waste a second more than she needed on me I was not happy.
