I like the paletas here, some of the other ice creams are way to sweet for my liking. Lines are usually always long, I wish they would make a separate line for small orders. Waiting 15 mins + for one item is not ideal. Also, the customer service could use some improvement.

I love bringing my son to this spot. I grew up in this area and I used to go to the Hawaiian shaved ice place in front of foodarama. Since they closed that, I have been able to manage without satisfying my sweet tooth. This spot takes it further with their mangonada(all the way) and it is exactly my kind of treat, sweet and tangy, salty and cold.

I come here once a week when I go washing next door. I went washing late tonight, and it was after 9pm. I walked to the door to purchase something, but they were closed. A Hispanic family went over there 25 minutes after me and they let them in to purchase something so I immediately went to see if I could purchase something. There was a girl that hung up in my face rudely and I didn’t understand why. Not every customer will know Spanish, so these establishments should have people that are able to assist the people that don’t speak Spanish. The guy came to the door saying they were closed, and opened at 11am which is totally fine. I didn’t understand why I wasn’t able to purchase anything. Is it because I look black? When I’m Hispanic also?

My order was made wrong. I was forced to pay for it regardless. God forbid the .50 cents of corn they waste in remaking it gets wasted. I patronize this place so much, you'd assume you can get your order remade without being charged.

I enjoyed their Chamoyadas, they have several flavors to choose from. They have a great selection of ice cream & Mexican paletas. I also tried their Elote ( corn in a cup) and it was pretty good. They have been very nice and friendly.

“Everything seems delicious to me. I’ve known this place since I was a teenager. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. What I did notice, though, is that the bathrooms were closed and marked ‘out of service,’ which I found curious because one of the employees came out of there. I also noticed that the lobby was a bit dirty.”
