A disgusting place, you walk in there and it stinks of pure bathroom, at least they should provide good service and take care of their business by cleaning the bathrooms, which is a shame that most of our people who start businesses don't care about giving the best and a service of at least four stars but they only care about generating money.
The corn tamales are horrible, they add a lot of fat and soda, I definitely do not recommend them, nor will I buy them again

They take the time in the world to serve terrible service, they only have one waitress taking care of everything...it's not the waitress's fault, they need more staff.

Today I went to eat Pupusas because they were rice but they felt raw I told the lady they toasted them but they didn't feel raw whether it was the cheese or the rice dough they stirred Maseca I didn't eat them for the amount I paid I told the lady and he told me or I don't know why you feel that way, it's a shame I had a bad experience.

I loved the corn tamales from La Roca, but it's been three times since I bought my dozen corn tamales and they came out very dry and crumbly as if they were from the day before. The last time I went, that is, last week, they were They looked very dry too and I told the person who served me that it was certainly not nice, that if they didn't have fresher corn tamales than those and she said that was all they had, and the hot tray where they put them was very dry, no. It didn't have a drop of water, I don't know if it's because they let the water evaporate that the tamales dry out horribly or if it's because they are from the day before and they reheat them. But I think they should not do that since it is against the law of the health department, and those women who serve the 2 places should be taught to serve customers better, because if they do not have customers they close the business and they stay Without a job, we go with our money to buy, not to ask, that's why they must be kind and provide better customer service, because they are there but they think they work in a boutique, and they also can't wear those long nails working in a restaurant, My husband worked for the Health Department for many years and says that there, just by selling reheated food, they are breaking the laws and rules as much as possible ?

Restaurantji Recommends
I bought some pupusas and they gave me pure dough and no beans, very bad service and the person who served me even laughed
I love the food but their customer service is just Horrible. This is my 3rd time walking in to this Roca restaurant, in all 3 occasions they were not busy whatsoever yet no one even said hi when I came through the door, I looked around to check if they had tamales and got a drink and crema from their fridge, then walked over to the counter again just for the lady to stare at me and not once ask me if I needed help or to charge me for the things I placed on the counter, she had me waiting for like 3 minutes just standing there and didn’t say a word to me while I’m just waiting to pay. Then she gets a call in order and chooses to take the call instead of checking me out, she spends about 5 another 3-5 minutes on the phone, then she gets off the phone and still just stares back at me with a bad look on her face and that’s when I finally ask and say, could I pay for this here please? she looks back at me and says yeah again with an attitude, then I ask for the tamales please, she starts grabbing them with a horrible attitude as if I did something to her and finally charges me and I get on my way. Which on top of that, the crema was the most expensive crema I have ever paid for, it was the smallest little bag of crema salvadoreña for $6. But that’s out of the problem here. They need to fix their customer service or they’ll go out of business soon.
Simple the best ?
I went to a local pig to buy bread and it was all full of flies. I told the cashier and she told me that if I didn't want it, I should put it away, don't buy in this place.
Very expensive
