I don't know who y'all have in that kitchen but you better tell them they are a disgrace to Mexico!! The enchiladas and beef fajita had no flavor no seasoning what do ever!!! Will not be returning server charged me for the charro beans when I asked for them in the first place. Server didn't even introduce himself. Do better iv been in this industry for a long time and I've never had to be a Karen until today ?

Wow.. I placed a breakfast order for 9 tacos.. the lady on phone a little slow. Even though I was speaking Spanish she seemed to not understand me. I had to repeat myself several time...Either way, I am more upset cuz I had asked for chips and salsa with the order.. mind you they didn't charge me but I specifically asked the lady Taking my order for it and she said yes!!Such a disappointment for 9 tacos over 30$ I would expect better service..If this service is what you get imma be ordering from another place.. reminds me of McDonald's here, they can't get it right... smh

A friend suggested we meet here because she'd liked another location. We were a bit concerned to be the only ones there at lunch time. The chips and sauce were good. The entrees were very mediocre. Both of our orders were incorrect (our waitress hardly spoke English). They were corrected, but not very tasty. Rice was the best part. Service was attentive but we didn't enjoy the food.

We come regularly to this place as it is just around the corner. Waiters do get busy from time to time, but all of them seem to be very nice and attentive. My personal favourite are the street tacos, but I don't remember having anything bad here. The only reason this is not the only Mexican restaurant we eat at are the flautas. They make them with flour tortillas and I prefer them with corn.
The food is awesome and the service is fantastic never had to wait. And believe me when I say they don't go lacking on their alcoholic drinks.Parking: There is parking in the front and side of buildingWheelchair accessibility: The walkway is flat and a wheelchair will have no problem going in

The food was good and none of the flavors rlly went together. The salsa is too spicy for the regular food. The green sauce doesn't rlly go with the other foods. Everything felt like a standalone dish and didn't rlly connect to the others.

Location: 11920 Westheimer.Placed one order, received 2 orders, of course returned 1.Order drinks, when food was served, no silverware, no napkins, so I had to requested them if not I don't get them.So, how hard is to served food, silverware, napkins at the same time? No skills, no training, no common sense. Waitress, not professional, as well the Manager that is in the corner joking, laughing with waitress. Owner has to do a better job, have a good employees and properly train, retrained this kids to meet customer expectations. Of course, I'm not a returning customer and I don't recomend this place. I prefered Taco Bell instead.Thx!
