I order a carne guisada taco with rice and they charged me for the rice but they didn't put it in also order a chorizo con huevo taco with beans and cheese ??they only put beans and cheese what about the chorizo ?no phone number to call and they charged $7.75 never going back also store is so

Missing tacos and being charged for them. Individuals working here don’t care at all. Told cashier they charged for 5 tacos when I only received four. “There was nothing they could do”. Breakfast used to be ok. Not now. Sticking to Freddy’s Cafe instead for breakfast Tacos.

I don’t like the fact that this establishment doesn’t put the Customer that’s in line first. The morning crew (6am-8am staff) will ask what you’re ordering but will literally fix 20 Taco’s before ever fixing your order. No one is ever waiting for orders so it’s no excuse. If there are no physical customers in the store waiting and the present customer only wants two tacos, why make them wait until you fix 20? Very inconsiderate, harsh, unkind and rude. It’s always the lady with the eyeglasses w/black hair and another older lady with reddish hair that does this. The big guy isn’t friendly but atleast he’ll take your order, fix it and send you on your way.

Worst place ever never fails every time I order tacos or anything I'm always missing items or it's incorrect but yet they are quick to charge me for those things I don't get honestly they need to do better stop hiring people that can't speak English it's just sad at this point you have to demand more from your employees because obviously they can't cut it

The store by far is the nastiest I've seen so far. Went to purchase and item and used the facilities. The ladies restroom smelled horrible. The trash can was over flowing with trash, cups and trash all over the store. The area where you get ur condiments for tacos was all nasty and not clean and the drink machine was out of order. The outside of the store has bottles, paper, trash and you name it that needs to be picked up. There were 2 young men in the store that could've taken turns making the store look presentable but decided to laugh and stand at the counter enjoying each other.

This 7-Eleven location is By far the worst with not having store stock in the fountain drinks and coffee, and other drinks. I come here to get breakfast tacos on my way taking my friend to work. Don’t get the sauces, pico de gallo, onions, cilantro or whatever they have out on the bar for Tacos it’s normally Spoiled sour. Today, my friend ordered Chorizo egg taco on flour….. I ordered a Potato egg taco on corn and Barbacoa taco on corn . The 2 eggs tacos was good but, the Barbacoa taco on corn was disgusting. I took one bite and it tasted weird. Then I took a second bite while still chewing on my first bite. I gagged and spit it out because it tasted weird and nasty. I get the Barbacoa taco all the time here and had no problem with it before. I don’t know what’s wrong this time. It kinda tasted like the meat with sour. The fountain drinks had an out of order sign on the machine. And the store was not stocked well. This store is very unorganized it needs structure

Ordered tacos through DoorDash and did not receive any hot sauce , I was very disappointed the salsa makes the taco other then that it is very dry.

I just went to get breakfast tacos. I bought 8 tacos, I told the lady I wanted 4 with potatoes,eggs and bacon, 2 chorizo and eggs, and 2 potatoes and eggs. They charged me almost $8 just for the bacon. When I got home, there is no bacon in none of the tacos. The ladies need to put attention to what the customers want. I didn't go to get my refund because I don't leave close and I thought they might think I ate the bacon or something. But $8 for just the bacon?sense I had to go pay first at the register I didn't see when they prepared my tacos

They lady making the tacos was rude, the cashier for the tacos didn't know about the prices or the product for that matter and tried to up charge me. I don't think 3 tacos with beans egg and cheese should be $16!!! Never again. The lady at the main register was rude as well.
