Missing tacos and being charged for them. Individuals working here don’t care at all. Told cashier they charged for 5 tacos when I only received four. “There was nothing they could do”. Breakfast used to be ok. Not now. Sticking to Freddy’s Cafe instead for breakfast Tacos.
I don’t like the fact that this establishment doesn’t put the Customer that’s in line first. The morning crew (6am-8am staff) will ask what you’re ordering but will literally fix 20 Taco’s before ever fixing your order. No one is ever waiting for orders so it’s no excuse. If there are no physical customers in the store waiting and the present customer only wants two tacos, why make them wait until you fix 20? Very inconsiderate, harsh, unkind and rude.
