Food was over priced and just mid at best. The service was good and the ambiance is eclectic. Prolly won't be back.

We are regular customers. Usually everything is consistently good with food and service but today the young lady greeting guests at the host stand was awful. She was probably new and she was not friendly or smiling at all. I can appreciate a new employee but it does not take training to be friendly and smile with people arriving for dinner. I did not get her name but she was the host greeting people Wednesday evening March 6th around 6:00pm.

THE ORDER Two people: 2x Full Orders of French Dip with a side of Mac & cheese delivered through DoorDash. THE GREAT Laurenzo's French Dip serves up a heaping portion of perfect shaved beef. The restaurant provides a nice au jus and horseradish cream both generously portioned. THE GOOD Both diners thought the Mac & cheese lacked salt. But overall, it had a good texture (the elbow macaroni was not mushy at all) and a creamy consistency without being soupy. THE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT For such a nice sandwich, we were surprised at the bread on which it was served. It did not provide the satisfying crunch of an outer crust or the marvelous mouthfeel of a traditional French bread's crumb. I ended up ditching half of mine and turned it into an open face French Dip instead.

My first time dining at Laurenzo's was outstanding. I loved the shrimp BLT sandwich. The drinks very good. I will be returning very soon. A great place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal.

I took my fiancé here for the first time and we went on Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu and their regular menu. We ordered off the regular menu, in which I got the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had, and my fiancé got the best Prime Rib and Mac & Cheese she has ever had. They also have amazing fresh bread with garlic butter they bring to the tables. I wish I could’ve remembered our waiters name because he was amazing, very nice and funny! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Came here for dinner with a friend from out of town. We didn't have reservations so we sat at the bar. Food was outstanding. Services was great and we were able to be in and out in about an hour. I love this place and it has something for everyone.
One of our favorite restaurant , food & service is one of the cities best. The Prime Rib & seafood gumbo is delicious . Our waiter (Milton) is the best we ever had with service, personal touchin any dinning experience here in Houston. The entire staff is over the top . We have refer our friends here locally & from out of town to Laurenzo, they have never been disappointed no matter what they have ordered. The Englands

Other than the older gentleman at the front having no system to check people in and keeping track - all was great! He actually stopped me from giving them 5 Stars. But food was fantastic and service was amazing.

Well, I'm in the Houston airport at Laurenzo's Cantina with a long wait till next flight. Totally enjoying Mauricio serving me chicken tacos with HOT sauce, refried beans and rice. This is the place you want to be during a layover. YUM.
