Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

This was my first time eating, here and let me just say, that everything about my experience here was top notch! The atmosphere is so nice and comfortable, the food is absolutely delicious, (I had the Ribeye Bimimbop Bowl) and our sever, Teanna, was amazing! She went above and beyond to give us exceptional service! I will definitely be coming back here! 10/10!

A must try neighborhood patio spot. Service is always stellar. Food is tasty, drinks are cold and you can bring your pooch.

Excellent all the way around

Houston was an amazing server tonight. He was very attentive and friendly. I have been coming to Lazy Dog Cypress for several years. All of the servers and employees I have come into contact with are always friendly and attentive. Some of the folks who have made Lazy Dogs enjoyable over the years: Natalie, Anjali, Tyler, Alissa, Reagan, Taylor, Siam, Gladis, Jeremiah, Julian, Luis, Naya, Sydney, Teanna, Citaly, Denzel... I'm sure I am missing some names!

We heard so many good things about this restaurant. And we decided to try it. We went the other day for the first time, party of four. With so many years of hospitality experience I learned to not get too excited untill the very end.
Although not perfect the experience was pleasant and engaging. But could be much better.
This place is like a good doctor with no bedside manners. It provides results but not in a very pleasant way.

Because the food was amazing, probably one of the best burger I ever had in very, very long time. The menu is fabulous. So well structured and with so many different types of dishes.
Impressive, very impressive.
I wanted to give a full 5 stars review but unfortunately I cant.
The service did not raise to the same level of quality as the food. The server was polite, but absent, bored , a bit chaotic.
Maybe she was just having a bad day.
One of the burgers ordered by somebody in our party came without the fries . The fries side order a good five minutes AFTER the burger !!!There could be only two explanations: either the server forgot to put it in the computer with the rest of the order, or there is a little bit of a chaos in the kitchen. It’s fries for God’s sake. It takes 1.5 minutes in a frier. Bringing the main course without the ordered side dish at the same time is totally unacceptable.
We shared a few dishes from their incredible appetizers list.
Since the restaurant doesn’t serve bread, and there are no bread plates, we had to ask for side plates to be able to share !!! We were hungry, but we couldn’t do much but to look at the food getting cold because of such a simple common sense thing as sharing plates for sharing dishes!!!
Plates that came in 2+2 different trips. How hard is to cary four small bread plates dishes ???

This is a reputable restaurant, not Taco Bell.
Again , great food. Amazing food. Service ….not so much. Terrible , I should say. I tipped 20% because it gives me the feeling it’s not the fault of those young servers, and it’s rather a management poor training problem. Ignorance. The quintessential vice of management everywhere.
I even mentioned at the front desk , it was our first visit and said “Please impress us”.
Those teenage girls hosts couldn’t care less about a pleasant experience.
We’ll definitely go back for the food someday, but probably with lower expectations on service.
Shame, because this could definitely be a fabulous experience for everyone who tries Lazy Dog.

Great atmosphere with fast service.
Kitchen seems disorganized, they were walking around with orders asking who order this and that. Waitress was attentive, but lacked execution. I had to request the same thing several times.

The burger was slightly salty to my taste, but it had a decent presentation, overall I still recommend this restaurant.

We have a location right around the corner from our house, so it’s very convenient for dine in or takeout. We love this location. Hunnee was our server today, and she was very sweet and attentive.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lazy Dog, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Hunnee!

From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient. She consistently checked on our table, made sure everything was perfect, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

What stood out most was how sweet and engaging she was with our mini little ladies. She handled all of their special requests with a smile, made them feel important, and truly helped make our dining experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Hunnee went above and beyond. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed.

Thank you, Hunnee, for making our visit so memorable! We will definitely be back, and we will absolutely be requesting you as our server again. Lazy Dog is lucky to have you!

Sydney was our server and she was amazing! Highly recommend asking for her if you intend to visit. Very welcoming and made the experience a 10/10. Definitely will be back!

My family absolutely loves this place. This place is so awesome we come from all over Texas several times a year to get together and visit and we love that the dogs are welcome. Aunt's and Uncles, Cousins Nieces and Nephews, Grandmas, MeMaws and GiGi's and you can't forget Moms, Dads and Grandpa.

I went there with a group of people roughly 25-30. The manager was rude. We could see that he was flustered by the size of the group trying to figure out how to seat us. The coordinator of the group and 2 others were trying to talking with him. They tried telling him that if it wasnt possible to seat us all together it was totally fine. The manager just kept coming back with this attitude like dont tell me how to do my job and how dare you come with a big group like this. We did show up without calling ahead of time but we aknowledged that fact when we got there with the staff and tried reiterating that our seating arrangements were flexible. After we saw that the manager wasnt going to calm down we decided to go to Cheddars (called ahead this time). Arrived 10 minutes after calling and got sat right away.
