I've tried most of the salads and bowls and all are delicious. This is also a Houston locally owned family company and they use all fresh ingredients. Even their corn is fresh roasted, no canned corn here like most places! My favorites are the Med Protein Plate and Caesar salad. They also have two mini desserts that are tasty and satisy an after lunch sweet tooth. (Mini Cayenne brownie and mini Rosemary shortbread). A local, healthy and tasty lunch option downtown!

I frequently grab leaf & grain for my lunch. They offer drop off services to my work building, or I go to the location near my home. What made write a review was my experience yesterday. I ordered to the lunch drop off of my building, but when I went to pick up it was not there. Despite it most likely being stolen or accidently picked up by someone with a similar name they responded to my email within the hour and refunded me. I will keep ordering and appreciate the service!
Great place for healthy lunch. This place is packed after 11:30 Am so come early if you don’t want to wait in line. Food tastes good. Service was great.
