While Salata gives you a LOT more toppings to choose from (and no limit), the ingredients here taste fresher. The avocados, feta cheese and the avocado vinaigrette are really good.

? This restaurant has nice tossed salads.? Unfortunately, one of the salads is pictured with jalapenos and the location does not stock them. They should change the photo of this salad (I think it was "The Alamo"). They offered a "Cilantro-Jalapeno Dressing", which is a poor substitute to the advertised ingredient.? There's always a cadre of good-looking, college-age men working around the entrance. I think they work at this restaurant. They tend to hog the tables in front of the business, which discourages anyone from eating there.

My first time visiting. I was interested in the Good Greek dish, I but asked for a recommendation just in case. They suggested the Good Greek since I was new, so that's what I got. It was delicious and very filling. I requested extra chicken, which brought the price up a bit, but it was worth it.I'm looking forward to trying this place again!

Fresh salads and seem to have plenty of options. You can build your own or order a pre picked salad to be made. I went here twice and both times they had ran out of something. I would leave and come back.

Located on 3rd floor of the Shops at Houston Center, this place is my go to healthy option for work day lunches. Their ingredients are fresh and the flavor combinations are great. There are no bad choices on the menu, but my personal favorite is the Alamo. Their service is pretty quick, but there is normally a line during lunch hour. You can order ahead on their website to save you some time.

If you want a quick, healthy meal with delicious, high-quality ingredients-this is the place to go. Every item on the menu is phenomenal. They have a great variety of salads and grain bowls with options for people with dietary restrictions. I always like to make my own custom bowl though, and pick out my ingredients. The service is super fast, and the employees are always friendly and kind. Everyone should check this place out!

Stopped in for lunch during a conference. I had the Alamo Bowl, with avocado dressing. I have craved this lunch ever since eating it. It was light, refreshing, yet filling. I don't live in Houston, and am sad I don't have a Leaf and Grain near home. Highly recommend.

I just recently tried Leaf & Grain for the first time, and it was phenomenal! Their food is clearly fresh and it's delicious. It's a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The line moved very quickly, much faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend Leaf & Grain to anyone looking for a healthy but tasty meal!
