My new go-to!! My experiences have been quite the opposite to what some of the recent reviews were about customer service. The staff are VERY welcoming and accommodating! It can get busy but they’ve taken their time to answer all my questions about their variety of drinks. They really care about making a pleasant experience for you. I’ve really enjoyed the mango passionfruit and ube coffee! Can’t wait to try out more of their menu! Definitely recommend, especially for the esthetics ?

This is the best cafe ever!! I’m in love with every drinks that come out their kitchen.
The coconut matcha is definitely a favorite!!
The owner, Emmy, and all the staffs there put so much thoughts and care into every details, every drinks and every interaction with their customers. You can tell through every details in their store that so much thoughts go into each choice. Everyone’s overwhelming friendliness makes Le’DRIP the best coffee and tea place!

Le Drip is hands down one of the best coffee shops in Texas! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with stylish decor and a vibe that feels both relaxing and energizing. The staff is super friendly and really know their coffee — they’re always happy to make recommendations based on your taste. I tried the viet latte, and it was perfect: smooth, rich, and full of flavor.
Whether you’re looking to hang out with friends, study, or just enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, Le Drip is the place to be. Highly recommended for any coffee lover!

I ordered a Peach Iced Black Tea with 70% sugar and lychee jelly. Unfortunately, the drink had a very acidic and bitter taste that I didn’t expect, even with the sweetness level and lychee topping. Wondering if it could be adjusted, I asked a staff member—a young woman with brown hair and glasses—if it would be possible to exchange or remake the drink. She was understanding and respectful, explaining that store policy didn’t allow for changes, and then went to the back to bring over her coworker.
This second employee, an Asian girl with blue hair, was extremely blunt and rude. She seemed immediately irritated, giving off a strong attitude as well as rolling her eyes and saying, "What do you want me to do about it?" The dismissive tone and unprofessional response caught me off guard. I’ve worked as a barista myself, so I fully understand that these situations can be frustrating, but a little kindness goes a long way in customer service.
I’m sharing this feedback not out of anger, but in the hope that it encourages a bit more empathy and patience. A small adjustment in attitude would make a big difference in the overall customer experience at Le'Drip.

We have been to this place a number of times, we like their coffee. This time we ordered fruit tea and found the tea was bitter and over brewed. We nicely asked if they could change it to something else. The lady in glasses and blued dyed hair was extremely rude, immediately saying with an super unfriendly tone and expression, "All Sales are Final, we can't do anything about it, sorry!" She reapeated multiple times, fearing that we didnt understand their "company policy". I mean she was very nice when she's taking our order, all smiley in her face. Unfortunately, its disappointing that they can't take any unsatisfactory customer. It shows that they don't care about customer service at all. It's okay, its just a tea. We won't go back anymore. There are many more good tea shops around which would not make you feel so unvalued.

The best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. This is an absolutely lovely place.
Coming from Austin (where Vietnamese coffee is hard to come by), I was eager to find a great place in Houston. Le'DRIP was my first stop and I seriously cannot imagine it being better than this. I want to start by saying that they deserve serious recognition for brewing every cup using the traditional Phin Filter method. When I came in, I just saw a huge line of Phin filters dripping into cups. It was awesome and I had never seen that before!
I got a simple Vietnamese iced coffee. It was delicious, and the complexity of the flavors was unlike anything I'd had in Vietnamese coffee previously. They source all their beans from Vietnam, and I can tell that what I drank had some serious thought behind it when it came to the quality and taste.
There's not much room inside to sit but the inside is still cozy. The staff was really nice too. Can't wait to come back!

I love the boba here!! The pandan bac siu wasn’t as good as the Matcha boba!! Although I couldn’t taste as much matcha as the milk tea but it was really good. Too bad there wasn’t any brown sugar milk tea, I had to get the caffeine free brown sugar milk on the kids menu (no tea). Please add a boba milk TEA! But overall I loveeee

Thank you for the hospitality Emmy as always. This is my favorite spot to go to for any and all sorts of Vietnamese drinks when I’m in Houston. If you love cafe sua da try their Pandan Bac Siu or their Hot Viet Coffee. These are just two of the many drinks they offer. Just go!!! It’s a must.

The coffee here is delicious! Everything on the menu is made to order. It’s a small place so it can get crowded but it is worth the wait.

Kid-friendliness: Very rude and grumpy she didn't even give me a chance to look at the menu however the tea top restaurant next door is very kind and accommodating

Had to try Le Drip coffee, ordered the Pandan, egg coffee, and a Vietnamese coffee. I came for the Pandan coffee because I love Pandan, and it was really good but very milky tasting, it had a lot of Pandan flavor but the coffee wasn’t as strong.
