I had the worst Bahn Mhi Sandwich two weeks ago. Favorless pork was redish orange looking. Stuffed the entire cilantro stalks and carrots slices. They didn't have any containers for fish sauce or Sriracha.

This place is a throwback. I use to go when it was on Beltway and Beechnut way back when. They have Baguette and Croissant Sandwiches, Pastries, Smoothies, Coffee, and Teas. I usually order the Eggrolls, and Chicken Wings. I know that times and prices have changed. I don't understand the quality as much though. The wings come in little drumettes and wingettes. The have gotten extremely small. The Eggrolls have more wrapper than the ingredients inside. I ordered at the drive thru and they told me to drive to the next window to get my items. The lady gave me my bag. I noticed that I didn't have any duck sauce for my eggrolls. I tried to wave at the guy inside to tell him and he looked at me crazy and shook his head and gestured for me to go back thru the drive thru but there were people behind me. He did not get up and come to the window, even though he was less than 5 feet from it. I blew my horn to get someone's attention and I stayed there. Finally, the lady came back to the window and I told her that I didn't get any duck sauce with my eggrolls. She gave them to me, but that should've been in the bag already. It's sad to say Goodbye, but Quality and Customer Service are very important to me.

whatever you come here to get, skip the sandwich aka banh mi. They stingy on the meat and put the wrong kind of pork that I ordered. First and last.

Went for the first time today. Wasn’t sure what to order but ordered #10 and did not like it, took only a single bite. Went back to get a different one and was told I would have to buy another one. Seems like they care about sales rather than customer service. Food wasn’t worth paying for it twice

The bread was not crispy even though it was toasted, feels like it was under cooked. There was very little pate, and no cucumbers. Atmosphere and decoration is bare bones, feels a little abandoned. Service was pretty fast.
