Once again, airline Rewards program brought me to Lem's Kitchen on a quiet Sunday night. The disco lights and music were blaring. I thought I went to a wrong restaurant. I never knew this was a restaurant with unique Vietnamese food here. From the exterior window decals, it looks like a party room. I was greeted by a young lady wearing party dress. The food was good, service was not. I have never been to a restaurant where I have to write my own order on the pad and hand it to the server. We were also charged 20% tip automatically when we received no real service. Just disappointed. But the food was decent and authentic. The bun Bo hue was missing lemon grass but had a lot of toppings. Other dishes were also very good and had large portions for the price.
