We went to this Lem's Kitchen lounge last night. Everything we ordered was delicious. I especially like the razor clams with spinach. The stir fry seafood noodles was good also. They play Vietnamese music and have karaoke also.

No good
I drive by here so many times and I can see that they have been open for a few years now. So I convince my friend to take me to go try here. I guess I am not the target audience for this restaurant as they have a big bar and Karaoke setup, but I was here for the food and I had one of the worst banh xeo (savory Vietnamese pancake) because it taste like it was cooked in old oil and barely any meat inside. The only thing we had that was good was the bo luc lac (Vietnamese shaking beef). The restroom was not truly handicap friendly, the bathroom stall does not have room for a wheelchair to enter. Skip the Sò điệp Mỡ Hành (Vietnamese Scallops with Scallion Oil) too expensive.

Left a lot to be desired. Maybe not the best atmosphere for a family. No vegetarian options. I’m not trying to be too harsh because we were a very large party and maybe that really through them off.
We were the only party there at 8pm on a Thursday night.

Great place to eat lunch. Prices are fair!
We just happened to stop by Lem's Kitchen for a weekday lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the food and service.
Service was 10/10! The server and possibly the owner herself made sure that we were taken care of the entire time 😊
We decided to try three items on the lunch menu.
Bun Bo Hue - fresh, flavorful, and well seasoned. Portion size was generous, the restaurant wasn't stingy with the meats.
Bun Bo Cay - they weren't kidding about the spice factor. Very spicy but delicious! Make sure to have some water handy.
Goi Cuon Lo Tai Heo Mam Nem - a quick appetizer consisting of pig ear spring rolls with fish sauce. Basic but we'll executed.
Atmosphere was quite loud. While this wasn't our preferred choice during a quick lunch, it makes sense as the restaurant promotes itself as night lounge / karaoke bar.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant just for the food and service alone. They have a very extensive menu and we can't wait to come back and try the other items 😁

Completely unprofessional behavior by the staff of this restaurant, I never leave 1 stars but I just had to. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free “Mi Quang” on DoorDash only for them to give me the wrong order and by wrong order i mean two large trays of food that I didn’t order. In the tray there was dry noodles and in the second tray, a mix of meats. The dasher couldn’t return the food because he would be breaking protocol as we had already opened the tray and you can’t give that to a customer. Instead of them to taking their L and remaking this order for the supposed customer, what did they do? Threaten to report the dasher and mind you this was around 12am. Now the poor dasher had to be woken up from sleep and his girlfriend also has to get involved. I don’t even want the tray as I was contemplating trashing it the very next day but the fact they handled it this way, completely unprofessional I DO NOTT RECOMMEND!!!
I really wanted to like this place and support a small Vietnamese business. We ordered a lot:
-Bún riêu ($13)
-Chicken wings ($17 – kinda pricey!)
-Fried rice special ($15)
-Vietnamese coffee
Portions were big, so that’s a plus! But something was off with the flavors.
The vibe? Felt like half restaurant, half club. I was waiting for someone to grab a mic and start karaoke! 😂
The real problem: the tofu and fish cake in my bún riêu were sour – like they forgot if they partied too long in the fridge. My stomach said no thank you.
On the bright side, service was super kind, and the owner was understanding when I spoke to her in Vietnamese. I respect that a lot.
I’m sharing this not to be harsh, but I hope it helps the restaurant improve.

Ordered the bún bò huế, fish sauce wings, and the beef tendon salad. Bbh was full of flavor and meat, wings were so flavorful, and beef tendon salad was addicting. The ladies here were so sweet. It was empty when we went around 5pm but it looks like a place that gets busy/lit later at night. They have happy hour everyday from 6-9pm and they also have karaoke. Great place for good viet food and drinks. Will be back soon!

The Best Bo Beef anywhere off Bellaire Blvd. If you are Viet, all of the servers know Vietnamese also.

Amazing authentic Vietnamese food here. Tasted just like viet nam. Looks like they have karaoke here as well at night. I tried the bun rieu and it felt like I was eating in sai gon with reasonable prices too. Also tried the cafe den da... the cup is massive.. everything is huge in texas😂👀
