Quan Nhu Thao makes fresh home cooked Vietnamese food that reminds me of Saigon. You can buy a lunch plate that includes two types of meat, rice and soup for $ 3.50, which must be the cheapest lunch in Houston. You can also buy $ 2, $ 3 or $ 5 containers to go.
