Stopped by Leon’s lounge and tried the new Xmas menu. Tried the “Santa’s cookies” and it was like a minty White Russian. Definitely would recommend for a solo or group mission. Great atmosphere and decor. Nice staff and service!
Cool “neighborhood” bar in Midtown. I recall passing by it many times when I lived and worked Downtown and always thought that it looked charming with its vintage and casual exterior decor.
The inside was cozy and I suppose one would even call it elegant for a bar that unlike other venues in the area doesn’t try to be something that it’s not.

Bartender Jerry did a wonderful job tending to my wife and me at the bar on a late Saturday night a few weeks ago. He takes care of the quality of every drink. Taste matters… he made the tastiest Old Fashioned I have ever had. If he won’t drink it himself he wouldn’t serve it to you. By the end of the night he even created a great mocktail for the designated driver. Jerry makes the classic drinks as they should taste and they go well with the charm of the ol’ bar.
