Root bexar mesquite bean root beer is our South Texas version of an American classic. Rooted in our cross cultural culinary heritage, we add mesquite bean into the recipe along with local honey and pure cans sugar. Mesquite bean has a mild, sweet, nutty taste, and subtly blends into this one-of-a-kind delicious drink. Drink cold out of the bottle.

I enjoyed all of them--Sweet Cream & Strawberry was my favorite. Usually strawberry ice cream isn't my go to because I like weirder flavors, but this one was really good.

The lovely lady who helped me, Kat, was so amazing! This place rocks! I read the top review that said, "IF YOU ARE A REAL ICE CREAM LOVER, COME HERE!!". Boy were they freaking right! The freshest of fruits and ingredients!!! Perfect waffle cone and service to match!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
