I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. When I called to place my order, the first thing they asked for was my name, which I provided, followed by my order (a pho and a wok dish). When I arrived for pickup, I gave my name again. The staff member, Noah Binh, asked me to confirm the order and mentioned “a wok,” which sounded correct at the time, but I did not hear the rest. They then handed me the bag.
When I arrived home, I discovered the order was completely wrong — it was someone else’s order (two wok dishes, no pho). When I called the restaurant, the first woman I spoke with seemed to imply that I picked up the wrong food myself, rather than acknowledging that they gave me the incorrect items despite me giving my name twice.
Only when I spoke with Noah did I finally receive an apology. He said he “tried calling me,” which I doubt, and offered a refund, but I simply wanted my correct order. I drove back to return the wrong food and pick up what I originally ordered.
However, I had been charged $37.86 for the other person’s order instead of $33.10 for my actual order (as shown on my receipt). When I asked for the charge to be corrected, I was told only the manager could fix it and that I would receive a call the next day. No one ever called back.
This is the second time they have made mistakes with my order. After this, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.

This little restaurant packs big flavor! By far the best Bahn Mi I’ve ever had!!! Don’t skip on the pan fried pork dumplings- they are light and crispy w/ a tastey filling. Lemonade is made fresh from scratch.
This was my first time here but my Christian brother and sister bought me here today and I was very impressed. It was delicious and the service was excellent. It had been a while since I've had Vietnamese food but I'll definitely go back here. The honey lemon tea was amazing.
