placed order online to this location. Confirmation email was presented to employee working front of house and back of house(Red flag). Told me that order wasn’t even complete yet waiting on a pizza and puffs. Disappeared on me shortly after. seemed to be rushed to get home, unconcerned about customer. another employee irritated and telling me about her problems with completing order saying short staffed totally irrelevant to me. Again concerned about closing time and unconcerned about filling order. Didn’t offer resolution other than getting me a refund just to be done with me. highly unsatisfactory service. deserve compensation for waiting/wasting time.
