Lopez Mexican Restaurant is a mainstay offering the best Tex Mex around. The food is always great, with excellent fajitas, the Hidalgo dinner, and three beef fajita enchiladas. The Paloma salad is heavenly, with crisp apples and sweet greens. The salsa is delicious, and Margaritas are top notch and the bomb. The wait staff and servers are fantastic, always friendly and fast. There is nice indoor dining and an awesome bar area where guests can eat and drink. The restaurant started in a compact strip-center space and is now in their own authentic looking structure. Guests are never disappointed and always have an awesome time, especially for birthday celebrations.
