They have no sense of urgency when there is a rush. Immediately because hostile with guest in the lobby because of the long wait. I understand being in the weeds but in The kitchen sometimes you have to stop and regroup. Building one pizza at a time while there is a rush is unacceptable, while multiple guest wait in the lobby.
