ordered on the app when i arrived to pick up the pizza manager claimed to have never received an order showed him my receipt and said there was nothing he could do i said if he could just make my pizza and he claimed to have other customers to take care of first.

I came to pick up an order. I entered the site and they were all gathered talking. I said "good night" without receiving an answer and told them that I was coming to withdraw. They dispersed and one of them looked at me badly telling me that I didn't have the order and then told me to wait. Anyway, the night shift is horrible. I want to add that I observed how they cooked and prepared food without gloves, in addition, they did not clean their hands. I write this being 8:30 pm. Regrettable service and unfortunate manager

I ordered it, it's supposed to be Hot N Ready and the workers are chatting very comfortably, the cashier helps you when you leave the gossip... the appearance of one of them is dirty (he hasn't bathed in days) I already have them waiting for 25 minutes and they still have nothing …this restaurant is the worst

I waited for 30 minutes after the app said it was ready, to get my food. The Italian cheese bread was so hard, I don't think they put cheese in it. There were lots of people inside, waiting for their own food, so there was hardly any place for me to stand. I wouldn't order from here again

absolute garbage customer service. I placed my order at 10:00pm & its 10:58 pm & my order isnt complete. There is only ONE employee taking orders, phone calls & getting the pizzas cooked. Meanwhile, you have 4 stupid employees taking out the trash at the same time. Who the hell needs 4 people to take the garbage out yall need 4 people upfront helping out that one employee !! This store needs better managment maybe they will control their employees how to handle CORRECT service. complete garbage

Employees do not wear gloves, work slow (over an hour wait) when there's no line, does not communicate how long you'll be waiting and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Will never come to this location again.

The staff is rude and so was the doordash driver that chose to deliver my order named victor and they kept me on hold for long periods of time and they forgot.my 2 liter mountaindew soda at 15917 south post.oak rd please past.this restaurant and go somewhere else because they cant follow simple instructions sotoday they offered me a freepizza and my refund for soda that was missing from myorder so please go here for all your pizza i highly recommend it
