I want to share my experience with you, what happened to me yesterday at this Little Caesars. I ordered two pizzas that were very hard, they seemed like they were from yesterday.

They have no sense of urgency when there is a rush. Immediately because hostile with guest in the lobby because of the long wait. I understand being in the weeds but in The kitchen sometimes you have to stop and regroup. Building one pizza at a time while there is a rush is unacceptable, while multiple guest wait in the lobby.

I tried ask the person where they were close to so I can put in a big order She did listen clearly or didn't understand and hing the phone. It was this location. Very rude of her. 6:09pm She was no help at all. I see why the reviews are low.

Worse service ever I got there at 5:20 took 40 minutes just for pizza and were talking about stuffed crust I never order that they never have change take for ever worse service ever
It doesn't matter if you order online, when you get there, they'll make you wait 40 min or so, more.

Poor customer Service! Came in to the place and no acknowledgment at all! 2 staff workers looked at me and ignored me completely as if I was invisible! Horrible customer service! I turned to leave out and still nothing!

Went today and my main concern was the employee making the pizza was also working the register. She went from the register straight to the kitchen and began making the pizzas with no gloves. It may just be a sanitary concern for me. But I unfortunately left without picking up my order.
