If there was a 0 star Button i would push it 1,000 times. Things place is terrible. Bad service and ridiculous waiting. Everyone in that building was mad and hungry and waiting for an hour.

The older woman working at the counter today around 1:20pm was so rude, she could not be bothered to answer any questions about their own machine, their own app, and started belittling me, telling me I don't know how to read and I need to learn to follow instructions. When I got my order out half of it was missing, she became more aggressive when I asked her for help getting the brownies and sauces that were missing to which she replied I should do it myself. I don't feel entitled to start reaching behind their counter to finish making the order they said would be ready anyways. As I am leaving the store the woman yells again to my back that I need to learn to read. At that point I had had enough disrespect, I had said all but a couple words to her the entire time she was berating me. So I snapped briefly, thats enough with the attitude. She told me never to come back. I never once did a thing to deserve the treatment she gave me today. Definitely seemed like she was taking out her bad day on her customers.If she talks like that to all the customers I wouldn't be surprised to see this location closed in a few years. Nobody wants to be around that kind of behavior.

Horrible service the front lady is Horrible and mean the food is trash and there really slow always a long line and wait time and for trash food and they run out of products like ranch frequently don't go to this one

Sorry but the service is not good the people where playing and the back where they cooking .And everbody got there pizza more earlyer then the other. And i am not trying to be Racist but she give the black people early pizza and the hispanics takes 2 hr or more than we got mad then the pizza and they were staring to make the pizza?????

Literally the worst little Cesar’s we have ever been to. Took an hour for 2 sides of cheese puffs to be ready. Not an exaggeration a whole hour. Everyone was slow. The person in the front was wearing a dirty bucket hat. He would talk to one person and ask their name then go to the back for 5-10 minutes. I saw this happen every time he talked to someone. Saw orders need to be refunded because they weren’t even being made until the person asked. What’s the point of pre-ordering if it’s not made till you get there? And the entire staff in the back looked high. Slow, high, dirty and they’re the ones making the food. It’s gross never again.

Horrible service. Completed a complaint through their website/ App and received no response. Went into employee arguing with me in front of lobby full of customers. I brought to her attention that my full order was not in the portal, and had an unknown customer verify this. She insisted she placed everything in the portal as she was pointing to the wrong portal. Then admitted, one Item wasn’t there because it wasn’t ready. Finally gave me the missing wings and called herself giving me a warning for the next time. Which there won’t be. Very unprofessional and unnecessary.
