Criminally Understaffed. 50 guests and only one cook and one bartender. I waited 50 minutes for a simple burger. Avoid.

After walking around forever with a heavy backpack looking for vegan options, I found this place and ordered a veggie impossible burger, clearly stating in cap locks NO DAIRY, ordering through the app. And they proceed with dairy on my burger.. also the fries were SO SALTY. SO SO SALTY. You need to take allergens seriously! Vegan or not. Take this seriously

I had a disappointing experience at Livefire Burger. Despite arriving and ordering promptly, my food was given to a couple who sat down 20 minutes after me. The server, a Latina woman with tattoos, dismissed the mistake by saying, "I'm just giving the food as it comes." The black female chef was also unhelpful, responding with a condescending "Have a great day" and no apology. I ended up waiting 43 minutes, watching another couple eat my food. The lack of accountability and poor service were frustrating.

Paid 163.18$ for 4 cold burgers with fries, 4 milkshakes and a side of seasoned fries. Turned out that the one waitress/bartender didn't tell us they couldn't make milkshakes, to request a refund as the ordering process is electronic and you can't put in your order until you pay. After that I had to pay an additional 16.80$ for 3 dr peppers. It has been a week since that, and still no refund (4x8.99$) for the milkshakes we didn't receive. I am beyond irritated about this whole situation. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau, as I am fairly certain this isn't the only time it has happened and would put money on the fact that it will happen to other people.

Food was decent, horribly understaffed and way overpriced. Food also took 30 mins to get here. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Food is overpriced and of mediocre quality. They prompt you to pay 18% tip on top of tax before you get your meal.

My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and fries, paying upfront ($53). What followed was an agonizing 55-minute wait for our food—long enough to nearly starve me.
After finally eating, I asked for my receipt, suspecting I had been overcharged. That’s when the waitress informed me that receipts are only available for 45 minutes after ordering—after that, the order is closed. A convenient business model: overcharge customers, serve food late, then make the receipt disappear!
I was directed to their website to request it, but a week later, I’ve heard nothing. Shady practices and unacceptable service—I won’t be coming back.

Terrible customer service. I never got my burger, asked for a refund since my plane was boarding and I didn’t get my burger in time and had to rush off. I wouldn’t complain typically, but my burger with tip was over 30 dollars.
Waitress said I had to request a refund online. That’s a giant pain in the A**, after calling to follow up when my refund wasn’t in my bank, and after the 2 emailed refund requests, I called the company. They had NO record of any requests online. 😡 Long long story short, after several attempts, calls, emails, and actually speaking with manager with NO REFUND, I had to call my credit card company and dispute charges.
Avoid this place if you can!
It’s super pricey, they’re slow, the place was dirty, and management overall needs lots of help!!!

The burger wasn’t as I ordered.
The milkshake was meh.
The cooks played awful death metal music loudly. I asked them to turn it down and they mocked me.
Avoid this garbage

It's pretty loud in here. The service is great. I really liked their dry rub wings, and their fries. The burger was OK. A little dry for it being $23. It's expensive here. But its an airport so.... all in all, not a horrible experience. I would eat here again. Would love to try the waffle fries and have some more wings!

I dined here recently and Sherm, my bartender/ server, was awesome. The food was more expensive than I felt it should be however, it is inside an airport, so some up charges are expected for convenience. My food had a reasonable portion and did not leave me feeling stuffed. The burger was slightly overcooked, but it was flavorful and well seasoned. I would definitely consider coming back.

I stopped in for a burger. My flight was boarding in thirty minutes and I asked if I had time. I was told yes, I should order it to go. So I said okay.
FIVE minutes later, my order was taken in the almost empty restaurant. I ordered a Classic Burger and a Coke. I was sitting at the bar right by the grill and the staff just kept talking. I went into my phone to check statuses because I had a five-minute walk back to Gate D14.
Ten minutes after the order was taken, they finally stopped socializing (laughing and talking loudly) and threw down eight patties on the grill and four sets of buns on the griddle next to it. I still have not received my requested soda at this point and my 'server' is over in the corner sitting with small group of people, probably taking their order.
Five minutes later, the cook dropped the fries and from my days back when I worked in a deli, I knew I wasn't getting ANY food because it takes over five minutes for the fries alone to cook. I now have five minutes until boarding starts and it's a five minute walk. I asked the waitress to cancel my order and not charge me.
She said she was about to get my food (which I knew was not cooked and wouldn't be ready for at least another five minutes as the cook was just now flipping the patties.) I told the server to cancel my order because I had to leave and I left.
I noticed the charge is STILL in place for the lack of service, no product of ANY kind and the quick-trot I had to assume to get to the gate for my plane's boarding.
The bottom line is this. There is NO excuse for people to stand around chatting and ignoring people who have paid over $30.00 for a burger and a Coke. I have filed a Charge Dispute with my credit card company for the excessive charge for no service, food or beverage.
