Could not get any assistance locating a lost passport. They answer and hang up. No check for ID, overcharge on CCs, terrible service. If your looking for a good bar try poison girl or captain Foxwoods, Ron’s pub, Muldoons, but this place is a dump that will overcharge and offer no assistance in any way shape or form. Got hung up on after answering on a Wednesday multiple time, the definition of unprofessional. Staff on 01/10/24 should not be working at a bar with such high reviews. That being said I have been here a few times and the bottom of the barrel service does not surprise me. Bunch of bras hanging from the roof is juvenile not cool at all. Would not trust the ice, drinks, hygiene or charges here

i love going to lolas! like everywhere else it is what you make of it so if you're respectful of others (including bartenders) it can be a great experience. you get the best bang for your buck with drinks. traci is great and i love leah! it can get very busy but patience is a virtue. they're as quick as humanly possible, very skilled, and always take a sec to say hi :)
