Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 2 piece chicken meal. When they finally gave me food, the chicken was cold. The worker rolled his eyes and didn't believe me. Do not go here. It's dirty and the workers are rude.

Is the lady working on the front desk? She has some sort of anxiety or BOD life is called the borderline disorder. She's talking fine and all of a sudden when I talk to her. I said the cook's supposed to be not to make comments on any order. She starts shouting at me and she put her hands-on the ears and this kind of stuff and then cook jump on it. And he says, I can do whatever I want to do in store and no one stop me. My oner is working under me. He's not on top of me. I can do whatever I want to do in the store and the lady. She also jumped in the middle of the conversion, she said, yes, he's right. He can do whatever he wants to do it. I don't care about the oner what he says, but I can control this store If you don't want to come to the store that fine, don't pay us anything just leave because I already pay for the order. I just pick up my order and leave from there. But this is not a good service which way they run in the store.I think you need to work on their attitude.Which way they're talking to the customer

Food was good, but service was the worst… these two Indian dudes were taking my Order but they were very rude all the time and even though I told them I want a combo and made sure to repeat it they gave me a dinner instead so I told them but they refused to change it and wanted to charge me for a drink more than I would’ve payed for if I got a combo. Food is 7.5/10 service -100/10 worst service ever

Went inside ordered to go was not busy at all took 1 hour to get food..got in the car smelled burnt food sure enough the over fried the tenders..thank God we ordered a fried rice....nope tasted horrible too..this used to be to goto spot..

You can place the order over the phone in advance but they will NOT start preparing your order until you get there in-person. Which is easily another 20 to 30 minutes wait at the restaurant.
This has happened multiple times.
Also, the gavy for mashed potatoes is not halal.
It's halal at the Richmond location, maybe they can get the recipe from them.

2. The fries are never fresh and are often burnt.
3. The chicken lacks salt and any seasoning.
4. When you place an order over the phone, they don’t prepare it until you arrive and pay—without informing you. This leaves you assuming the food will be ready when you get there.

I went through the drive through as it was my first time ever picking up food from there. The chicken was tasty and fresh. Definitely recommend it.
