Best fish tacos, everything is fresh
The ceviche is one of my favorite items on the menu. I tried to venture out and tried the Mahi Mahi they had for the day. It was good, but not worth the price, in my opinion. I will stick to having their ceviche.
Very disappointed! Was excited to see PEI oysters. When my order arrived I couldn't believe what was served. Not fit for a seagull! At $3.50 ea. I feel my $30 was stolen! Couldn't eat them nor would the staff make right. Never would I recommend this place.
Got the crispy crawfish etoufee balls... Service was fast, and the inside was well made, but it was literally just rice. The very few pieces of crawfish I got were good, but I wish there were more
I asked the female cashier how good the classic beignet's were. She said they were really good especially with the dipping sauce. Negative, they were 100% tasteless and the cream sauce had no impact on the flavor. Not even close to being anything like New Orleans Beignets.... Please remove the item off your menu, no one likes the taste of disappointment.
Please teach your cashier to stop wiping their nose and face on their hands while handling my credit card and boxing my food. Wow
Good seafood downtown
Good Gumbo....great service! Beignets were good, but not fantastic.
Gotta be honest....I thought this place was just "Okay". The Gumbo was not very spot on...and in my opinion, it could be spicier. I don't even really believe it was made with an actual roux base, seemed like more of gravy. I also had Oysters on the half shell which were top notch, but overall for a place that is in Finn Hall, their Seafood selection and Gumbo could be better.
There shrimp platter is awesome. Most times when i get fries shrimp they are over cooked and dry. These where plump and sweet. Great job.

Uh-mazing!!
When we were at Finn Hall this was one of our two food stops. We got the gumbo and the beignets. The Gumbo was solid, a huge bowl! And the beignets were made to order and super fresh and hot out of the frier. It comes with powdered sugar of course and a dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was almost like a banana's foster, this was my absolute favorite thing I ate while at the hall.
Uh-mazing!! We shared the fried shrimp, mussels and ceviche. Fried shrimp was great! That cocktail sauce w the extra horseradish flavor was superb!! Ceviche was fresh, tasty, perfect lime amount! So clean and yummy and the rice puff cracker were a different twist of extraordinary! I want more! The mussels were a huge amount and the sauce was TO DIE FOR! That bread is sturdy enough to hold the sauce and light enough to want to eat a whole loaf! So delicious!! I need like 3-5 orders of this deliciousness!! Awesomeness, Low Tide! Will definitely be back!
Not a great first experience. Ordered the Mussels. For $15 I got 8 small mussels. Never had this before. There was barely any broth in the small bowl they used. What's worse I now have food poisoning, so maybe they were old mussels or not handled correctly. Would not go back again, sorry. I rarely write scathing reviews but I'm puking my guts out, that's the only thing over eaten all day so...
