This is no doubt the best salad I have have ever had in Houston!
The paninis were delicious. Prices were a little high ($15 - $20 per panini. Expect to spend around $20- $25 after tax and tip), but the food quality was great, so I can't complain too much. Good service also.
I read another review about the goat panini and it was indeed wonderful. I chose to substitute the side and got the Normandy salad.
