Went to opening night of Frosty’s Christmas. Beautiful venue, the grinch was the highlight of the night! Some cool Xmas themed cocktails, great service from our bartender Tyler! The bar was swamped but those cookie shots were worth the wait. 10/10

It was my first there the vibes was great, the music 🎶 nice and it was packed. Had a good time. Would come back for sure.

This venue is a complete disaster, reminiscent of the worst kind of Walmart experience. Overpriced drinks that taste like they came from a gas station, paired with rude, arrogant staff, make for a night you’ll regret. The décor is laughably cheap, like someone threw it together from a dollar store clearance aisle, and the sound system? Absolutely atrocious—easily the worst I’ve ever encountered in any venue.

To make matters worse, the so-called manager, Nicole, is shockingly unprofessional. Her attitude is downright hostile, and her level of hospitality could barely pass for a late-night fast food employee, let alone someone in charge of a venue.

This place is a total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Lustre Pearl. The bartender was unprofessional, rude, and treated our group unfairly.

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at Lustre Pearl that I feel needs to be shared. The bartender was not only rude and unprofessional but treated our group in a way that felt blatantly unfair. What made the situation even worse was the use of racial slurs, which is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances.

I was hosting a city council member at the time, and they were just as shocked by the behavior we encountered. It was clear we weren’t being treated with the same respect as other patrons, and the hostility felt rooted in something deeper possibly even racially motivated. Experiencing this kind of treatment in 2024 is beyond disappointing and disheartening.

No one should have to endure this type of behavior, especially in a place meant to bring people together. I sincerely hope Lustre Pearl takes this seriously and makes changes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Until then, I can’t recommend this place to anyone who believes in respect, fairness, and basic kindness..

I Had an amazing time at Lustre Pearl in East Downtown Houston! The vibe was fantastic, and Phil and Chad made us feel right at home with their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, huge shoutout to the cleaning staff – the place was spotless, which really added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for great service and a welcoming vibe. Will be back for sure! I didn't come here to eat only drink Phil is a great mixologist.

I was in a mini group and each individual had a horrible experience there. The customer service was terrible. We only had drinks, however the lady that attended us at the rooftop was ridiculously rude to us. She rolled her eyes, signaled us to hurry up with our order & then didn’t even take my friend’s order. Another man attended us and he was also very rude. The rooftop was not even packed so I really didn’t understand the necessity to be rude and unkind.

If you haven't tried their burgers, you're missing out. They are absolutely 💯 percent delicious. Great location, and the staff is awesome!

The burgers were immaculate and homemade style. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture lol. My friends and I grabbed some vodka sodas at the bar and went to the patio upstairs and viewed the Houston skyline. Drinks are reasonably priced. Really beautiful view.

Drinks and service were fine but was not aware of the automatic 20% gratuity. I was not given an itemized receipt just an iPad with the tip options. I would not have tipped more had I known the automatic tip was on there.

8/30/24 Clean comfortable vibe. We drove 35 minutes after seeing Instagram video about best burger. Only 2 customers when we got there. Sat ourselves and waited 15 minutes with no attention at all... Sad to say, we don't have a burger review and we won't be back!

What a disappointment, this place has so much potential. The service is subpar, hard to order a drink even though the place was empty. Not very helpful when asking about drink options. The staff seemed bothered to be working. No prices listed on their drink menu for mediocre drinks so be cautious about your spend. The burger did not live up to the hype. It was poorly prepared, too soggy and not enough jalapenos like they show on IG. The decor and setup is nice, has potential to be a great spot if they improve service and quality.

I recently visited Lustre Pearl with my son on a Sunday evening, and we had a pretty chill experience. The vibe at Lustre Pearl is laid-back, with a cool, rustic atmosphere and a second-story area that gives it a nice, open feel. The place wasn’t busy when we arrived around 5:30 PM, which was a plus because we didn’t have to wait for service.

One thing to note is that Lustre Pearl has a pop-up called NADC Burger (Not a Damn Chance Burger) on the first floor, tucked away to the left of the bar under an armadillo painting. If you’re looking for it, it’s easy to miss, but definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for a burger.

As for the bar itself, the service was fine—no complaints there—but my Shiner Bock was pretty flat, and my son’s Coca-Cola was also lacking in fizz, which was a bit disappointing. I’d read some reviews about people being charged an extra 20% on their tabs, but I paid cash for our drinks and didn’t notice anything unusual. Prices seemed reasonable enough, but the flat drinks were definitely a downer.

If you’re planning to visit Lustre Pearl, it’s a cool spot to hang out, especially if you’re into a relaxed bar scene. Just keep an eye on your tab and maybe stick to bottled drinks if you’re picky about your beer or soda. And definitely check out NADC Burger while you’re there—it’s a hidden gem worth finding.

Not for me at all. Burger and fries were only redeeming element. Really good. NADC should relocate. $20 parking?? Plus, service was bad, drinks were bad, sound was blaring to an empty bar.

Parking: $20 to self park at this restaurant. Ridiculous.
