Best Hot Dog in Texas for sure!!!
This hot dog might make you cry.
15 years ago behind The Gingerman we would stand in line inside a parking garage till 3am for these things. We didn’t get it at the time.
To find something as real and honest as a Yoyo hot dog in 2026 seems as far off as cold-fusion.
The hot dog is an expression of pure passion and joy. It’s a love letter to HTX. It’s the love of a craft and the joy of community, on a bun.
