I think I ate here about 30 years ago. Place looks the same. Food not bad but not great. Prices are Steak 48 ish. About 30% too high for what I would expect. Watch your bill as we noticed multiple line items added. I got the feeling they knew they had done this. Wine and cocktail prices a bit crazy.

We love this restaurant. It has become our go-to for my husband's birthday. We go during the week when there are fewer people and totally enjoy being able to talk to each other without a lot of noise like most restaurants. And the music is nice. The food is absolutely amazing and we are never disappointed. The service is great.
We have been going to Lynn's for years now and just love their Filet Steaks which are great there and everything else too! :-) We met a couple there recently for New Years Eve and Jerry the nice owner greeted us to our table. All 4 of us got steaks which were excellent as usual! My girlfriend and I split the baked potato, got the dinner salad and split chocolate Muse pudding with strawberry which was large enough for both of us. Good drinks from the bar too and all 4 of enjoyed everything and we will be back again soon. :-)

Lynn's is one of a kind steakhouse! They did not feel the need to keep up with the Joneses when all the other steakhouses were changing. It's an amazing old traditional steakhouse that still has character!
We went to Lynn's to celebrate our son's birthday. We have been to Lynn's many times for special occasions, and have always had excellent food and service. However this time was different. Our server was not very attentive and seemed to disappear for extended periods. There was not really an excuse as at the time we arrived, there were very few diners. At one point, we had to flag another staff member down to bring us more water. Since we were paying over $400 on a dinner for three, we should have received exceptional service. I don't think that our wait person was deserving of her generous tip.
Time for this establishment to close. What was once a wonderful spot is now tired and outdated. Food quality has tanked. Sad, but this is no longer a good spot for dinner or lunch. Time to say goodbye.

Went here 12/31 for early NYE dinner. Cool little place with throwback decor. Friendly staff greeted us and server (angela) did a great job. They had a special NYE menu but I had checked out the menu before going and wanted the rack of lamb. They said no problem. It was amazing. Wife got Chilean sea bass and said it was great. Lyonnaise potatoes are really good too. A little pricy but definitely worth it for the food quality and service. A little hidden gem in Houston. Will definitely be back.
As a person who started going to Lynn‘s over two decades ago, I'm sorry to say that it's time for this establishment to shut down. The dining area is tired, the table cloths are worn and dirty, and the quality of food has diminished completely. While the cuts of meat were sort of average (but not for the price), the soups, starters, sides, and salads were all quite poor. It's the first time I've been back in several years. But it was the last time. Sadly.
Horrible experience! 5 people in the dinner party at lunch time. 2 steaks ordered medium rare came out well done. Sent them back, one came back so rare that the butter on top never melted. 2 mahi mahi steaks ordered, both over cooked and tough. We were told that the overcooked steaks would be compensated, but after reviewing the bill at home, we noticed that we paid for everything. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times to discuss the issue but got voicemail each time. Left messages, but none were returned. 5 very unsatisfied customers who will probably never return.

Wonderful, intimate establishment with great, authenticate wait staff. We go at least once a year but need to do so more often - definitely a hidden gem.
Excellent food! Appetizers delicious crab cakes and scallops. Lunch menu was broad enough to appease everyone eating. Best ranch dressing I have ever had on a salad.

One of the finest steakhouses in houston. Definately my favorite. Extensive french wine list. High quality meats, good side dishes, impeccable service. A great business lunch or dinner.
Highly recommend if looking for a great steak in the energy corridor area of houston
