My sister and I spent a week at The Marriott Medical Center located in Houston, TX. The Main & Green restaurant was our go to daily for breakfast. We got excellent service! The food was superb! My sister enjoyed the All American meal and I enjoyed the yogurt parfait, eggs & toast. The restaurant was extremely clean. We also noticed how everyone worked together as a team to help each other. No one stood around. The manager, Daniel, led by example. He was a very hard worker....
Lovely service, decent food. This is at the center of Texas Medical Center, which is handy for a nice business lunch. The citrus linguine was okay (sauce didn't cling to the noodles, but the combination of flavors was decent). The hummus platter was okay. Everything just seemed decent, but for a high price point. We walked away with about $35 per person when we could've gotten it for $10-15 elsewhere.
Disappointed. The breakfast buffet description on Open Table sounded fabulous, but it was not available at 11:30am. I envisioned a quaint, local restaurant. Turned out it was the Marriott Hotel. The food was ok and the service alright, I just had different expectations.
