Customer service : I was not greeted in any kind of way when I walked in & the male employee was too busy focusing on his issue regarding a call in order and getting in the cashiers way while she was trying to help me. Dude, wait for your coworker to get finished with a customer. The cookies: I purchased five different kind, and only one tasted fresh, the rest were hard as if they camped out all night in the display. The churro cookie tasted like Play-Doh smells, but with cinnamon in it. Gone are the days of customer service, quality/taste of cookies, & definitely price.

Showed up at 9:37 on a Sunday willing to spend my hard earned money which is well before closing time POSTED ON THEIR DOOR the associate mouthed through the window we are closed even after i pointed to the hours listed on the door he smiled and shrugged his shoulders - stay away from this location.

Went to this location as I do often at least 2 or 3 times out of the week. It was 9:30p for the employee inside tell me they are closed when the window said they close at 10p. I'm no longer going to this location. And so that you are familiar with the customer I am you made my son ice cream and it had hair in it and you remade it and the 2nd time it had hair. I'm done????????? Late night cravings will make a person explode ????

My husband and I frequent marble slabs, and this location rather often. Today the employee (seemed like the owner) gave us an experience weāve never had. First she limited the amount of unlimited toppings we were able to add into our cups, along with not planning on taking the ice cream with the toppings and mixing them together on the counter (their staple). She stated if the toppings donāt fit she must charge me for a bigger cup, but wasnāt going to tell me that another scoop was included in that up charge like my husband thankfully pointed out. She used the tool and smooshed my husbands toppings inside his cup. It really seemed like she didnāt want to clean up. The cookie display was also rather empty as we were looking and she stated āwe have all the cookies availableā .. but they werenāt out on display. Very strange experience for us, we donāt plan on returning to this location.
This is for the Great American cookie company that is attached to this store. While the employees I encountered both ordering and then subsequently picking up two cookie cakes from were pleasant. The cookies themselves were a HUGE disappointment. I ordered the largest and second largest sizes they offer which came out to just over $100. Not only were they poorly done (they didn't even dot the "i" on birthday for one of the cakes) they added horrible balloons to one that I did NOT ask for. One cake had the base color icing and then the accent color (they did not dot the I on that one) and the other had no accent color so it was hard to read and they took the liberty of adding very sloppy balloons to it. I honestly should have just made them myself. TG I was taking them to a bar and purposely waited till the alcohol kicked in before doing cake candles. Service was friendly but the product was lacking considerably. It wasn't worth arguing in the store over as I had two small children in the car- however it was massive damper on a surprise party today. Both cakes seemed very rushed and I ordered in plenty of time for the event.

The staff are the sweetest and some of them are very talkative and they're ice creams are just- MWUA! AMAZING! I tried the coffee shake and it is the BEST!! The place is also very clean and has a lot of options to choose from between cookies, shakes, ice creams, cakes, and other things too! Minus a star for the cookies though since I do feel like they are sometimes not baked enough, like raw. But the sparkly cookie taste amazing though!
Ordered a sheet cookie cake with a simple message for a corporate event. Received a cake that was clearly frosted by a child. The writing was messy and not the GACC quality I'm accustomed to. There was no one on hand to provide any sort of customer service. I was told to come back the following day to speak to the owner.UPDATE: The owner, Biren, read this review and immediately gave me a call. He met me at GACC just a couple of hours after the review posted and repaired the cake. EXCELLENT customer service and care!
