Some other guests asked her if they could sit she said no the dining area is closed. They close at 10p but it was only 918 when this was happening. She doesn't know how or did she care to actually mix in our mix ins.

They have the most ridiculous policy. You cannot add toppings on your banana split even if you want to pay for them or pay for an extra banana split just to get the toppings. I’ve never been to a Marble slab with that policy. And they told us that after we had ordered and they definitely heard us discussing the toppings we wanted.

We've always enjoyed marble slab even when it can be pricey. But this location was disappointing a bit. We were excited to get ice-cream and even invited the in-laws but the worker seems really unenthusiastic and was just with a serious face not really engaging when we asked questions regarding flavors or products he just seemed like annoyed when we barely walked in. (We were all adults that walked in and not loud at all.)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to this Marble Slab Creamery twice already, and both times have been amazing! The place is super clean, cozy, and has a great vibe. The ice cream is always fresh and delicious, with so many flavors and toppings to choose from.
A special shoutout to Justo, one of the staff members — he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He made my experience even better with his great attitude and customer service. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about making your visit pleasant.
Highly recommend this spot! I’ll definitely be coming back.

i asked for a milkshake and it tasted like nothing and was super watery. i went in for a refund after trying it and the lady at the counter at first refused because not liking it was not enough of a reason and the business would loose money? it was a dumb reason to say no but i held my ground because it tasted like nothing but milk and eventually she gave me a refund after giving me an attitude about it and mumbling something under her breath. never coming again literally had the chairs flipped and was mopping the floors around us as we ordered. almost swept my feet like what

Use to be my favorite spot to get a treat, but my most recent experience of being lied to by an employee was really upsetting. I have been going to this Marble slab for years and was told by the employee that they were limiting mix ins to 3. Knowing that isn’t Marble slabs policy I asked further questions and she said it was so they didn’t have to cut back costs. Then it changed to it is unlimited but it’s usually only 3. She wasn’t allowing me to get more than 3 then changed it to 4 when I questioned it because I’ve been here several times. Luckily I read the sign and was thoroughly disappointed that I was being lied to. Ruined my whole experience at my favorite ice cream location. I have submitted a report to corporate because that is going against corporates policy.
