This location is vegan. Me and my date was a little skeptical to try it. My date got the cotton candy shake and I got the strawberry one! They were soooo good and a good thick texture. The staff were so sweet and you can tell they made our shakes how they'd want theirs made lol. We went to a different location the next day because we were craving them , but we could definitely tell the difference. We're coming back tomorrow and my mouth literally watering thinking about it. I can't wait!

I was just charged over $9 for a single scoop of Mint Choc Chip ice cream. No thanks. I will never go back there again.

I’ve been coming here for many years and never had any issues with the younger employees until today when I had an unpleasant first-time experience with Yolanda the Franchise Owner.I ordered a large best value ice cream cup with 3 toppings and this lady was giving very skimpy scoops. I asked to make it 2 scoops and then she became very rude and irritated saying that I cannot have that much. I told her I’m ordering a large size and I’ve never had any issues. She said she is the manager and franchise owner and it’s different at every location, adding “thanks for letting me know about the employees,” as if she would scold them after. She was very passive-aggressive and patronizing.I’m sorry but if I’m paying nearly $9 for an ice cream and you’re being cheap with the toppings, know that you will lose customers. Last time I’m going to this location.If you’re going to be cheap and rude with your customers you will surely lose a lot in business. Now I know why this location always has a high employee turnaround rate.

Michael was polite and attentive and patient and respectful. We came in as party of six, two children and four adults. Everybody had a complex order and he didn't make us feel burdensome.

Looking at the reviews and was skeptical about coming here but I was like it was probably just a bad day. No .. we walk in nobody greets us and it's two of them Friday December 8th. The were standing there for a few minutes before one of them even spoke and asked if we wanted to even order. They stopped talking to each other as soon as we walked in the attitudes were so bad I was on the edge of getting disrespectful. It is river oaks there's no need for terrible customer service in these nice areas. All they had to do was greet us and at least act like they saw us standing there waiting. Definitely not spending my money here again. I'm a server so I'm huge on customer service and that was just unacceptable
