Great ice cream and service! Anytime we’re around with the family we stop by this place. The cookies are also soft and delicious. Just wish they had small tables sit inside or outside to enjoy them.

Only giving a 4 star because some flavors were out when we went. The inside is nice but service could be better. It just kind of seemed like the workers weren't sure what was going on or wanted to be there. Ice cream was good.

This store consistently closes the doors before 9pm. If the hours are posted to close at 9pm, the doors should be open and the store should be open for business. We rushed to get here after my nephews pre-k graduation dinner only to find the doors locked at 8:55pm. There were multiple workers behind the counter, not one of them looked up as they were busy putting everything away (which should be done AFTER closing at 9pm). So we had to drive home with a crying 5 year old because he couldn't get his favorite ice cream on his graduation day. Horrible customer service...

Gosh the service is terrible here. They hire people who obviously don’t want to work and have the worst attitudes. Plus they don’t have any of the good ice cream in stock… like seriously who wants yellow marshmallow ice cream? ??

Walked in 15 minutes before close. The woman at the register stated they closed in 5 minutes and the slab had already been cleaned. She instructed us that if we wanted ice cream they would only put the toppings on top and would not mix them in. The cookies were all already put away. She made to sure to make us feel unwelcome, and she accomplished her goal. We left. Will not be back.

This place is by far the worst in and around this area. I go to Marble slab A lot. I have two sons and we all eat the same ice cream. I don’t mine when they run out of a ice cream that’s ok. What makes this location horrible Is the the customer service. I asked for a pint and they are out of that size. When I suggested buying 3 of the next size down and just changing me for a quart they didn’t know what the next size was and sad they will charge me for that no matter what. It’s as if your troubling them to do there job. I can go on and on about other issues but drive down the road and get it. I avoid this place by all means and you should as well.

When they have ice cream it's good. However over 50% of the time they DONT. How in the world are you an ice cream shop and don't have ice cream!?! Why even open? No sweet cream or vanilla multiple different times after 5pm. And one time I went right when they opened and they said the ice cream needed time to freeze cause when it's warm outside the ice cream turns to mush. Uhhhh that doesn't sound right or healthy. I wonder if the owners are even aware of this, it might really cause poor business long term when people get frustrated that they don't actually have ice cream
I took my daughter here yesterday afternoon and I noticed a few odd things:1. Most Ice-cream jars were empty and the very few left almost empty with a fine ice layer.2. The attendant used only one glove but used the other hand to scoop the Ice-cream.3. Also noticed he didn't wash the slave he used to mix the Ice-cream neither the spatulas.As a result my 6 year old daughter and I got very sick even when we choose different flavors.She spent all night up vomiting!We'll never coming back here again!

I walked in at 7:45pm they close at 9. They had most of the ice cream put away and all the cookies were gone. Literally ready to close the store and hour and fifteen minutes early. This never happens at the nicer locations.

The last two times we were here was because we were at a nearby restaurant and wanted ice cream for dessert. They have 2 coolers for ice cream and only had one cooler stocked. They didn't even have Sweet Cream (their vanilla) stocked. Our person barely scooped any ice cream into our cups. It wasn't anywhere near full. Lots of space to be seen in that cup.We've been here before Christmas and thought it was great! Definitely let down enough by our last two visits that we will look for our ice cream elsewhere. Hopefully they can train their staff better and fix their issues with their stock.
