Impatient and rude workers
Very impatient worker the small Slimmer one, there was one that was polite but the other one was impatient and she was rude felt like she was discriminating. I'll never go back
Ice cream okay. Not very much options but don’t come late because they’ll make you feel like you are the problem for pulling up for ice cream at 945 PM when literally their job is hella chill, especially at that time. Just made me feel anxious and like they didn’t want to help. So I ended up just sharing with my man.
I’ve only been once and never going back. The place was dirty everywhere, the sample cups covered in tick dust, the staff was rude and the ice cream not worth the price.
Love it here. I never had any issues when I come here for ice cream, the workers are very friendly and fast paced with everything
Diego was very helpful for our cookie cake and helped us with designs I would come back for another cake for my daughters birthday
Good service and great tasting ice cream.
The service was disappointing. There were three employees present. One was assisting the person in front of me, while the other two, who appeared to be younger, were helping customers behind me. Unfortunately, I was not acknowledged at all and felt the experience was quite disrespectful.
My family of 5 walked in and walked right the hell out. The smell slapped us so hard in the face we refused to spend our money there! TALK ABOUT STANK! SMELLED LIKE SPOILED MILK!

Store smelled like a dead animal I thought it was the trash..nope it was the whole place..I asked one of the workers did he smell the stanky smell he said no then he said it was a sewer drain hole right by the ice cream ..plus the ice cream was melting..they need to do better
Rude and disrespectful so me and my family left and decided not to continue with service
On this day it smelled horrible like bathroom sewage. So bad we ran out.

There's a strong fart-like odor in the store as soon as you walk in.
Employees just stood there looking around as I entered, no greetings, didn’t ask was there anything else I needed. Both employees were completely mute.
