Overall, nice dining experience. Waiter was too attentive, however - felt like we had no time to ourselves - the gentleman was continually on top of us. We couldn't even finish our cocktail when we sat down. Really took away from the dining experience.

It was our first time and we were blown away with quality of food and service. It will definitely be one of our go to places for a night out. The ambiance only enhanced the food experience. We will definitely tell all our friends about it. Best meal I've ever had.

Amazing! They served the King Crab Legs exactly how they should be served, split down the leg so you don't have to do the work. Duck with Huckleberry was delightful. Delicious family style sides and beautiful, quiet atmosphere. Both owners visited the table, it was a lovely and valued experience for their 25th anniversary. Hoping they have at least 25 more. Many thanks and will definitely be back. This is the service my husband and I always appreciate, and they did not disappoint.

There were four of us for a lunch meeting. The waiter was aware of our meeting and took this into consideration every time he approached the table. The Sea Bass and Tuna were perfect. I wanted to order two of the Calamari appetizers to take home.

The dining experience at Masraff’s left much to be desired. Despite the decent quality of the food, the atmosphere was marred by the rude behavior of the staff, particularly the son of Mr. Masraff. Despite our reservation for a Friday evening at 5:30 pm and the restaurant being mostly empty, we were instructed to move to the bar area to avail of a happy hour special, which was not communicated to us initially. This request was disappointing, especially considering the intention to enjoy both dinner and a bottle of wine. Despite being part owner, the son was inflexible and refused to accommodate us, citing policy. While the bar staff provided exceptional service and Mr. Masraff himself checked in, the overall experience was overshadowed by the son's demeanor and declining food quality compared to previous visits. Unfortunately, this falls short of the expectations for a fine dining establishment. Regrettably, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Masraff’s any longer. Improvement is needed to meet the standards of discerning diners."

The food was good, not excellent, we paid $270 for two main courses, two appetizers and 4 cocktails, the waiter's service was not good because he insisted that we order desserts because the system forced him to, he forgot to give a Rose to my wife this Valentine's night Valentine ?, when all the girls were given one, a plus point, the owner of the restaurant was attentive to the diners, the rest of the employees were friendly.Parking: Valet parking 8 Dollars and good service

Out standing service! The owners actually interact and conversation withalmost everyone in the restaurant that show how much they cares about their patrons. The foods were very good. We had the filet mignon, quail breast and lamb chops and they came out perfectly cooked and the seasoning were excellent as well.

If you don’t mind over paying for under seasoned, semi-warm food, and sub-par service…I’d check it out.Visited for the first time to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The menu items sound better than they actually taste. We asked for water at the beginning but received it towards the end of our meal. We never got the second basket of bread we requested. The food items came out pretty fast, but were borderline cold. Overall disappointing considering the many fantastic restaurant options Houston has to offer.Lots of potential, but they missed every mark.

The food was decent, but the Masraff son was very rude. We made a reservation for 5:30 pm on a Friday night and the restaurant was empty for the most part. We were seated in the dining area and our waiter approached to get our drink order. We asked to have the happy hour special for the bottle of wine and he was unaware of that special. The Masraff son came to the table and said we would have to move from the dining area to the bar if we wanted the happy hour special. While I understand the request to drive business to the bar, we were going to have the bottle and dinner and wanted to sit in the dining area. He said it was policy and refused to accommodate us, even though he is part owner in the restaurant with his father. Ridiculous. The bar staff was exceptional and Mr. Masraff, the father stopped by to ask how everything was. We shared with him how much we enjoyed the old location and the service and food, but his son was so rude and the food was not as good as it once was, I'm sad to say. Nonetheless, we will not be back and would not recommend anymore. I think with all the competition in the fine dining, we the customer expect to have a fine dining experience, which we did not receive. Do better.

Excelent restaurant, I would like to try some additional items in the menu because we went on Valentine's day when they had a special menu for the day. Drinks and concktails were great, wine list has a lot of good options and everything that we tried from the food many was delicios, very well preapred and with an excelent presentation. Service could have been better, we had to wait a long time for the cocktails before we ordered and received our food, but Valentine's day is always crowded and had a biggerdemand than a tipical day. They also had excellent desserts and we loved everything we tried. I would recomend this restaurant and we will visit them again.
