Found a hair in my Dubai chocolate cup which ruined the experience. Clearly they don’t wear hairnets. Tres leches were okay, hardly any milk which made them a little dry.
Also the guy behind the counter is not friendly or customer-service type. No smiles no warm greeting nothing.

The latte’s here was so good and it’s a nice place to sit and get work done. The cake was also great but the Spinach pastry that we got was awful, we couldn’t even take a second bite :( Update: Went here again for a work day and this is the second time they were out of Red Velvet Latte. Plus the bathrooms are super dirty here.

The atmosphere and decor here is very nice and welcoming. I ordered the Chai coffee and some other kind as well as the Dubai chocolate. The coffees weren’t as sweet as I wanted them to be, but it still tasted good.

They make one of my favorite lattes in Houston, if not my favorite. The Spiced Sweet Latte is amazing with double espresso, milk, cardamom, cinnamon, and syrup. It is the best! Their feta spinach roll is also quite tasty! They always have savory and sweet pastries in stock. Love it here, super kind service and easy parking as well.

I love this place it is my favorite coffee spot. Now the only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because I ordered a iced Mazajj sweet latte and did not get a full cup how I usually do so I am a little sad about that, but other than that love this place !

For the city that sets Adeni chai standard, theirs was just. not. good. Not strained well. Honeycomb slice bread was also not fresh and falling apart :( It was early morning so maybe it was yesterday’s batch. Hopefully just an off day, but will probably not try again.

Ordered the pistachio matcha latte, and it was delicious. Their matcha has a slightly nutty, flavor not too bitter, with a creamy mouthfeel. Can’t wait to try their coffee. I didn’t ask if they had sugar free syrup options, but they do have coconut, almond and oat milk. The barista at the front offered her honest opinions when I asked a few questions. She had a great attitude and was very sweet, I wish I got her name. Prices are pretty fair as well compared to other places.

Homeless people kept coming in out asking for there vapes to be charged pumping the syrup that is suppose to used for consumer consumption and taking shots form them staff did nothing they threw there vapes all over the counter that food passed our staff did nothing wipe it down the katy location is 1000 better this one is quite unsanitary i been going to the katy one for years and have never been disgusted like this bathroom was unsanitary i had to pick hair off my seat before i sat down hair all in the bathroom i can’t tell if this is a restaurant or a hangout spot for drug addicts
