I ordered their lemon pepper wings and they were crispy, their special chopped ribeye box was a delightful treat to have, and their banh mi sandwich was soft and tender. Their background music and the scenery with their kind staff added to their good food.
Experience was good. Kind of expensive for banh mi, but it is fresh and tasty. We got 2 of "The Special" and overall the bread was fresh and crunchy, the pate was good, and the sauce was delicious. I am partial to Don Cafe for my banh mi, in Bellaire but Roostar was well recommended and did not disappoint.Also ordered the matcha and Cafe Sua Da (Viet coffee), they are super sweet. I've been here many times. The food is good, but it looks like portion sizes have gone down, but the price has not. Pity...it used to give you a lot of food for the price. I don't think I can afford to go there if I'm getting 75% of the portion, but paying more....
