This was THE BEST McDonald's I have EVER been to. The fries were perfect and must have been cooked with holy oil, cause My God My God every last one of em was heaven sent. The burger and the sweet tea were also made with love. The customer service was very professional and welcoming. The guy in the drive thru and the girl that brought my food deserve a raised for listening effectively and providing excellent customer service. We need more staff like this everywhere. The cook also deserves Chef of the Year. Thank you for providing great food and service.Wilcrest/Briar Forest location deserves a raise.

I dont expect much from McDonald's, but this store closes at least 15 minutes too early every single night. Update your online hours or serve until midnight there are no other options. I ordered online, my money was taken and the absolutely awful employees there only care about going home 15 minutes earlier... EVERY SINGLE NIGHT bouta report yall to corporate.

Came to the this McDonald’s 2 times and they managed to mess up my order. The main problem at this store is customer service. The drive thru people are rude very rude. They shouldn’t be allowed to work here. Also , every time I go through the drive thru I always feel rushed and for some reason they don’t care about their customers. Attitude here is terrible . If I could give the service 0 stars I would because their attitude is so terrible especially the female at the drive through window, she had an attitude for no reason and said “we can’t add anything else to upur order” yet when we’ve came before they always added anything we said if we forgot to add it at the window, its just her and the other guy who wears big lashes, he gives attitude and he yells through the intercom when someone speaks up, we spoke up because he couldn’t hear us and he started to yell for no absolute reason. This McDonald’s has ok food and someotimes they mess up your orders, but thats ok but the attitude here is horrible.
