Drive thru was slow. Recording came on and then two cars in the opposite lane was serviced before me even though they drove up after me. I applied patience but that still doesn't cross out the slow service.

This was THE BEST McDonald's I have EVER been to. The fries were perfect and must have been cooked with holy oil, cause My God My God every last one of em was heaven sent. The burger and the sweet tea were also made with love. The customer service was very professional and welcoming. The guy in the drive thru and the girl that brought my food deserve a raised for listening effectively and providing excellent customer service. We need more staff like this everywhere. Two night in a row I’ve come through the drive thru and no one came on to take my order. I had to place it via mobile then still was having issues, the night crew is terrible and out of order. Received my food fries were upside down in the bag advised the lady at the window to ask can they be more cautious with bagging the food also that stint from seeing someone order fall to the floor and placed back on the counter.
