This my go to McDonald's in our neighborhood. It's stays mostly consistent at getting our orders correct, and I'm pretty impressed by it.

McDonald's is a hit or miss fast food place, it's either fresh hot and worth the money or it's the complete opposite stale and old, but this time the chicken nuggets fries and burgers were all good we got the 20 piece nugget and basket of fries asked for no salt on fries and fresh hot nuggets and got what we asked for, we even tried the new chili sauce it's good on the nuggets and fries. The burgers were also fresh, the drinks were not flat tasting had just right carbonation, the mcCafe mocha frappe was great too very satisfied with this location at I-10 W and Mercury Houston . Keep up the fresh food and service. We will be back.

I stood at the cash register for atleast 7-10 with not one employee acknowledging me standing there. No one said I'll be with you in a minute or anything. Even had an employee who actually was the cashier walk right past me and he didn't even say anything. I finally said is someone gonna even acknowledge me then I get a response.

These people at this location are rude no customer service at all. I only come here because it's close to my job after today I won't be back. I waited 15 minutes for cold food I only have a 30 minute break.

How hard is it to just do your job?? They can’t get the simplest order right. ALWAYS missing items, making them incorrectly, or not at all. Service is atrocious! No one at this location cares about their chosen profession. Management is rude, the employees are incompetent, and the food is disgusting… should you even get it. PLEASE: Let the robots do all the work. Humans shouldn’t be allowed to have a job at McDonald’s. We already get directed to the kiosk for ordering, so why can’t everything be automated?? Remove the disgruntled employees and their fragile feelings and everything is resolved.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I'd give zero stars if I could. The staff is absolutely atrocious, some of the rudest staff members I have come across in the fast food industry. And they should be heavily retrained. We went in today, and they had a line of customers waiting in the line at the register. One by one, the customer gave up and left as we were shown zero acknowledgment or attention from the staff. When I finally asked "excuse me, is someone going to take our order?" An african American woman with braids and glasses (the supposed manager wouldn't give her name) turned to me and RUDELY stated "did you not order at the kiosk?" And then turned right back to the line. When I told her no one informed us that we had to order at the kiosk, she sighed heavily and came to take my order. In turn, I asked her would it take another 20 min as I had to go to work. I asked for the manager and an ANTONIO came forward after me having to ask 3 times for a manager and when I asked if he was the manager, he said "I'm as managerial as it gets." Which says alot. He then tried to get loud with me when I told him that him and his staff needed proper training on customers in the store. We get it they are slammed, but you've GOT TO make sure to give equal attention to all guests. I will never return here. Idc if it's the closest McDonald's around. Double zero for them here.
