The atmosphere is why I always choose this 1.I don't know the names of the employees but they are the best..Esp 1 I have to get her name again lolBut she be at the register and will go to the back to help complete your order if needed.The dining room ladies are friendly and keeps the place clean and tidy.Kid-friendliness: Play place is open

Horrible experience ever they gave me 1 order first had me waiting for 10min for the rest of the food then they forgot 1 hamburger.I told the manager his like hold on let me check me like seriously all my damn food it already cold.Am nor waiting more yall can just keep the damn hamburger..I would never go back

The lady would refuse to give us a buffalo sauce after saying we had to pay 25cents at the window where they already give you your food she proceeded to give us our food and slam the window shut after we told her it was a requirement to give us at least one poor service.

This is an excellent McDonalds. I was visiting my sister here and decided to give it a try. I hadn't been to McDonalds in years. Upon entering this place I was greeted with the happiest workers I have ever experienced at a McDonalds. Everyone looked like they were having a good time. Obviously, the food was great otherwise I wouldn't have given this McDonalds a 5 star rating. But yes it was very good and I will definitely be back.

Terrible service, they just robbed me! They didn't give me a receipt, I asked for a complaint form, they gave me a blank hour, until they gave me the names of the managers and numbers but it didn't help, at night it's a terrible service!

We went to eat with my children and one of my children's glass was broken. I told him to go change it and he walked with the soda falling and he poured it lightly into a trash can. He approached the counter to ask for his glass, apart from the fact that it was Waiting about 8 to 10 minutes for them to see him, he explained to the person at the counter, the person at the counter gave him a smaller cardboard cup, my son went to fill it, and then the manager arrived. I don't know if it's Eddi or Roberto, the truth is that he was angry. I didn't even pay attention to his name. I only know that he is a skinny, bald man with a mustache and a mole on the left side of his mustache. He humiliated my son by telling him that he had to buy the soda and to throw away the soda that he had already grabbed with him. The glass that he had given to the other boy, my son explained to him that he had already bought it and that the glass had broken. The man did not care and made him throw away his glass. The boy arrived very humiliated to where I was. I got up with my ticket and went to tell him that I had bought some Big Mc's combos for my children and that the glass had broken, so I told him to go and tell you that they changed it but he didn't. keep throwing the soda on the floor because he was afraid that someone would fall because the floor was wet, he didn't take his glass to the counter, that man seemed to me to be an incoherent person with a lot of lack of ethics, bad manners, racist, discriminatory and abusive because to me Very ugly son, I treated him but when I went to tell him, the little man couldn't even find anything to say to me since he didn't even ask my son for an apology.
I love going to McDonald’s and even worked at one years ago, but I had to go to the bathroom very badly and intended on purchasing food, when I asked the young lady to open bathroom, was told had to order something and so I did, then she waited until I finished ordering to open door!

I order a double quarter pounder with cheese for my son, he was eating it said was tasting weird and turns out the patty was still pink in the middle. Never have they given me a burger like this. My first time ever experiencing this at this location. I will not be coming here any time soon.
