We went through drive through and the lady that took our order was very rude. Very disrespectful when I was trying to tell her what I wanted for my happy meal she got a stinking attitude and said I’m gonna fix it. I had asked for barbecue sauce. She didn’t give me no barbecue sauce all she gave me was ketchup and spicy buffalo when I never asked for that they need to work on their customer service with their employees especially if you’re gonna work the drive-through that...
Roel did an excellent job taking my order at the drive through. I can be a picky eater so a lot of it is customized. He got everything down to the T. I didn’t need to repeat myself. That blew my mind. I’m always asked to be repeated not today. Got my food quick and was on my way. Thank you McDonalds and again big shoutout to Roel
