The reviews here are crazy but I wanted to mention this is my local McDonald’s and I always come for the 99cent coffee on the app and everyone greets me like is Cfa haha but there’s a manager name Isabel I hope I spelled her name right but man sometime I’ll be running late to work and I truly love and appreciate how Isabel makes sure my coffee is either already done or it’s getting done, also the food service she gives is amazing, I notice the other ladies put in the work...

I don't complain usually when it comes to fast food.. however, I'm just having a hard time comprehending how this passed for okay. I have worked fast food before and it wasn't inherently busy at the time I ordered and received my food, so sloppy work is just a sad occurrence.

I honestly don't eat McDonald's but I had to after Hurricane Beryl. Take this with a grain of salt if you're a McDonald's lover. I walked in so I didn't have to wait in line, the lady taking orders must have been new because she didn't understand what I was asking for in the menu and since I never eat here I didn't know how to order I was trying to ask her but she didn't know. I ordered a hot and spicy meal but got charged for a separate...
