We had lunch there today and Nicole the manager was so very helpful. She helped us order from the machine in the lobby, helped us navigate the McDonald's app and did it all with a smile. She would be a great person to have as a trainer in your stores. She understands customer service and she was the manager.
The treatment received, on Thursday August 15 at 11:56 am, was excellent, there was much that I did not feel comfortable in a Mac Donalds store. Thank you very much for making my day pleasant. Congratulations to the staff of this shift.
Everything was great. The food was so good until when I got home I started to feel a bit weird.. like my stomach felt off and I just generally felt nauseous. And I know that it must have been the food because nothing else I ate that day could've caused that. But besides that, while I was eating was still good. Am gonna go back, but I will be weary and careful for next time. ??
