We went on an early Friday dinner with my family and senior parents at 6pm. It was a 45mn wait and then we got seated. We had to tell the host we needed a server as we had waited for 15mn seating for our server to greet us. They said it was a mix up with the servers. We did get complimentary queso/chips. The crawfish are good and size. I don't think they have enough staff to keep up with customers. If you go don't go starting or ready to be served right away
I like BB's! The food is EXCELLENT! I had the fried seafood platter and it was wonderful. The tartar sauce should be illegal it's so good. Even the coleslaw had a great flavor to it. The only complaint I have are the fries. They were soggy and greasy. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time but it happened this time. HOWEVER, it won't stop me from dining there. I had a pretty decent time here. The food was really good. I ordered the crawfish pasta with a mad hatter salad and had their boudin balls with their sauce. The sauce for the boudin balls was really good! I will say I’m not sure if today the staff was having a rough day because I will say it did take a little long on refills and my waiter wasn’t as attentive, but overall I would come here again for the food. I just think it was a bad day on the staff.
