Always they forget something. Today I drive thru to get 2 steak, egg and cheese bagels meals and pancakes. They only put 1 bagel, I didn’t want to hold the long line they had so I didn’t check and trusted them for the last time. When I got home I only had one bagel. I was so mad but I was not gonna get my kids back in the car to go back. Never going back to this location

Needs to be retrained on coffee drinks. Twice have to disagree with staff about incorrect order even showing them picture of the drink, but still refuse to remake drink. Ordered online for hot drink, gave me iced. Showed recipt yet told me that's how they make it. Ordered a iced mocha, gave me iced coffee with no whip cream. Told her I never received an iced mocha drink like this before, waved me off.
I placed my order for in the mobile app. I'm standing near the counter waiting for my food. The lady calls out my number but proceeds to place my order on the silver rack behind the counter. The cashier at the time never acknowledges me for me to get my order. The location is getting so bad. The sevice sucks. By the time you get your order, the food is cold. They need more staff or more attentive staff. This staff definitely dont care..Then I sat down to eat and s ROACH was crawling on the wall.. so disgusting .

Very disappointed in this place. My son came in the morning around 1030 so he can get the new toy that’s out. Apparently you can’t buy happy meals before 11 AM and you can’t buy toys separately. My kid is sitting there begging for a toy and I have three employees telling me it’s impossible. It’s a shame that these people couldn’t go out of their way to make a child happy.
